MUSEUM OF SPORT KARATE

Three words, TAE KWON DO has change the world of sport martial arts not only the most popular sport martial art in the world but TAE KWON DO is the only martial art recognized by the international Olympic committee. An array of kicks and punches to score points, but no Kata is done at an Olympic level.

There are so many other beautiful martial arts of  Korea, Hapkido, Kul Sul Won, Tang Soo Do, Ha Rang Do

We are very proud to add as head writer for the House of  Korea by Master Instructor John Paul Mitchell.

Master Mitchell grew up under the knowledge of the  Legendary Roy Kurban  from Texas a History General for the Museum of Sport Karate.

Master Mitchell has been with Grand Master Kurban since he was twelve and now works for Chuck Norris and the Kick Start program as a Master Instructor in Houston ,Texas

The Korean’s played a important part in Sport Karate and in the early sixties many Korean stylist became National Champions and that journey is coming soon
